The Town of New Canaan reports that work clearing the vegetation at Waveny Park has begun and the dredging should begin next week. The project is expected to take 4 – 6 weeks to complete.
In partnership with the Waveny Park Conservancy, plans for the Pond Dredging were developed by William Kenny Associates and the project was bid and awarded to Nazzaro Construction, according to Town officials.
