New Canaan Town Buildings Reopen By Appointment Only on Monday

As part of the Governor’s easing of COVID-19 restrictions, Town Hall and other Town buildings will begin to reopen to the public beginning June 22nd.

From June 22nd through July 3rd, residents and vendors who need to conduct business with a Town department will be able to do so by appointment only by contacting the appropriate department by phone or email.

On July 6th, all Town buildings will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. without an appointment.  All visitors will be required to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer that will be provided.  If you are sick or have any symptoms that would indicate COVID-19, you will not be allowed to enter.

Many municipal services can be performed online or by email or regular mail, and residents are encouraged to conduct business remotely whenever possible.
