Step inside Moda Training!

Three questions with Moda Training owner, Suzanne Vining.

What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?

Moda Training is a private personal training studio located at 51 East Avenue. Moda is different than other “gyms”.  There is only one client at a time, so it is the SAFEST, cleanest option out there!  With over 7 national certifications, Suzanne Vining has helped many people love to come and workout!  Cardio training is mostly outside and even offered at clients' homes.  I offer training for athletes to older adults that have chronic issues.  Being active in my community has given me tons of experience with different ages and abilities.  She offers free Zoom classes for seniors that aren’t able to leave their homes due to Covid-19.

Are you offering any new products or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?

Moda Training is different because it caters to each person’s personal schedules.  Many of my clients are so busy that they need to schedule their workouts into their personal schedules.  I have one client who is on TV and we fit our workouts into her schedule each week.  Being healthy and strong is very important to one’s livelihood!  The last thing clients want to do is think about their workout.  I make sure each workout schedule is fun, functional and working forward from the last one.

Please share the ways your business is adapting to keep your customers and employees safe in addition to the standard guidelines.

Moda Training has adapted to the current COVID crisis.  Just by being the only person in the studio cuts down on exposure to others, making Moda an extremely safe alternative.  I also practice touchless training, which allows me to maintain my distance from you while in the studio.  I wear a mask at all times and disinfect everything between all clients.  My studio is immaculate! If the clients wishes to workout outside, or at their home this can be arranged.
