This Monday, August 9, State Officials are expected to gather at New Canaan Train Station at about 10:30 am to announce the return of Direct Service on the New Canaan Line.
According to Joe O'Leary, press aid for Connecticut Senate Democrats, speakers lined up thus far include State Senator Will Haskell, Department of Transportation Commissioner Joseph Giulietti, MTA Metro-North Railroad President Catherine Rinaldi, New Canaan First Selectman Kevin Moynihan and members of the New Canaan State Delegation.
