Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of New Canaan will be held at 6:30 p.m. on December 15, 2021, in the Town Hall Meeting Room at New Canaan Town Hall at 77 Main Street and via Zoom.
For the following purposes:
To consider, hear public comment upon and take action on a proposal to sell two commercial condominium units at 220 Elm Street.
The public hearing is intended to meet the public hearing requirement of Connecticut General Statutes Section 7-163e.
