Following the arrest of Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis, Western District Major Crime Squad detectives have arrested Kent D. Mawhinney with Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
According to the Arrest Warrant, Mawhinney, an attorney and personal friend of Fotis Dulos, is being held on $2,000,000 bail.
Also arrested today:
Fotis Dulos of Farmington, DOB 08/06/1967, charged with Capitol Murder, Murder, and Kidnapping. Court set bond of $6,000,000.
- Michelle Troconis of Avon, DOB 09/26/1974, charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder. Court set bond of $2,000,000.
