New Canaan Police Officer Nicole Vartuli recognized for assisting victims of domestic violence

New Canaan Police Officer Nicole Vartuli was recently recognized Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) for her efforts in assisting victims of Domestic Violence.
 
CCADV presented Officer Vartuli with an award at the First 100 Awards Breakfast. New Canaan Police Domestic Violence Coordinator, Sergeant Michael O’Sullivan nominated Officer Vartuli for this prestigious award due to her ongoing commitment of improving the lives of Domestic Violence Victims. 
 
The CCADV was established in an effort to improve the lives of domestic violence victims and their children.  This fiscal year they provided services to 33,273 adult victims and 4,628 children across Connecticut.
