Aim Athletes Brings Competitive Field Hockey Program to New Fairfield Area

UConn graduate and lifelong field hockey player Amy Williams began a new endeavor this year. Rather than participating on the field, the former NCAA Division 1 player is coaching on the sidelines as the new head coach and founder of Aim Athletes LLC.

Williams brings her love and expertise of the sport onto the field with every practice. Aim Athletes covers all premises of the game, including basic position strategy and training techniques, one-on-one mentoring for skills and recruitment opportunities, and videotapes of practices for analytical break-downs of progress and goals.

This weekend, Coach Williams brings her girls to the Great New England Jamboree at Keene State College. Her website resources include weekly exercise routines, an honorary Athlete of the Week, and current practice schedules and sign up rates. Aim Athletes teams practice at Immaculate High School in Danbury.
