Dr. Hoffman will share tales of his most recent trip to Beijing and Shanghai where he participated in a 2-week residency program at Shanghai University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He will be assisted by SOPHIA’s Acupuncture Resident and Doctoral Candidate, Jessica Crofts who participated in a similar program in 2014

Dr. Kenneth Hoffman, DAOM, L.Ac., Medical Director, has serviced thousands of patients since opening his practice in 2004. He also hosts “The Natural Medicine Connection”, Fairfield County’s only health talk radio show, on WLAD Danbury (94.1 on the FM dial), every Saturday, from 10 to 12 p.m.
Jessica Crofts, L.Ac., CCH, is a licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and since November 2017, a Resident here at SOPHIA. She holds a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado and completed a fellowship at the Heilongjiang Teaching Hospital in Harbin, China with clinical rotations in scalp acupuncture and physical rehabilitation, pediatrics, dermatology, and herbal medicine.
