BEYOND BIRDING 2.0: INTERMEDIATE SKILLS FOR BEGINNING BIRDING
SEPTEMBER 21 – OCTOBER 30

Fall is the time when the identification skills of a birder are most challenged, but also one of the most rewarding, as we see an influx of species. In this course, we will go a little deeper into what you need to know to identify some of the avian families we see in Connecticut in the fall. You will learn where birds go during the fall migration, what they do, and how they prepare for winter. This is a great course for those birders who want to go beyond the basics of identification or for those looking to brush up on their skills.
