New Virtual Support Group for Young Women with Cancer

Support Connection, Inc. announces a new virtual support group for young women, ages 20 - 40 years old, who have or have had breast, ovarian or gynecological cancer. The group will be offered monthly via ZOOM video conference, and women nationwide are welcome to participate.

The first monthly session will be on Thursday, Nov. 5, from 7 – 9 pm (NY time.) To learn more or to pre-register, call Support Connection at 914-962-6402 or 800-532-4290 by 5 pm (NY time) on Wed., Nov. 4

There is no age discrimination for cancer. Support Connection understands the unique challenges faced by those diagnosed with breast, ovarian or gynecological cancer at a young age. This group will offer the opportunity to connect with other young women who are also dealing those challenges, and to learn that they are not alone.

Connecting with others is especially important during this time of increased social distance and isolation. Through the ZOOM platform, young women impacted by cancer will be able to see and speak with others who understand what they are going through.
