Gov. Lamont "Join me tomorrow night in Willimantic"

Today Governor Lamont issued an open invitation, via a press release, to Connecticut residents to attend a conference he is hosting in Willimantic tomorrow evening. Below is the press release od earlier today

"Friends,

On Wednesday, February 26, I will be hosting a community conversation on issues regarding workforce development and education. I want to give residents an opportunity to discuss with our administration the efforts that we can take as a state to ensure that our education system is training its students with the skills needed to compete for high-quality, good-paying jobs with growing businesses.

This is an important topic to me, and holding a public forum is an opportunity to hear your input on this critical issue.

The discussion will be held in the Student Center Theatre at Eastern Connecticut State University (83 Windham Street, Willimantic).
