Sattva Yoga at Sherman Library

Join us for Sanwa Yoga taught by Andrew Cox. Sattva Yoga is a transformative practice that combines vinyasa yoga, pmnayama (breathing practices), kriya yoga (strong repetitive movements). mantra (sacred sound), and meditation, Sattva Yoga is a powerful technology for evolution- wherever you are in your life. No experience necessary. Come join to energize, restore, and relax!

Weekly on Wednesdays through March from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

Andrew Cox is a Sherman native. His focus is steeped in awareness of the breath and the body. He always weaves meditation into the class while guiding students through a physical yoga class. Andrew is excited to share his knowledge of yoga, chanting and qi gong. Andrew has cern ficatims in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Saliva Yoga. and Ayurvcda.
