New Fairfield Resident Michael Tardella Joins Union Savings Bank

Union Savings Bank announces the addition of Michael Tardella as vice president, business banking. Tardella is responsible for generating new business through networking and prospecting with bank partners and bank branches, developing and maintaining new relationships, and counseling business clients to determine their financial needs.

Tardella’s banking and business experience spans over some 26 years. Most recently, and for the past 11 years, he was vice president, business banking at Peoples United Bank and Citizens Bank. Prior to that he was vice president, relationship manager and business banker at Capital One Bank, Westchester County, NY, and vice president, commercial/SBA Lending at Wachovia Bank, serving New York and Connecticut customers.

Tardella attended Iona College, New Rochelle, NY and Westchester Community College, Valhalla, NY. He has completed the Omega Credit Training program. Tardella will work out of the Danbury branch office and currently resides in New Fairfield, CT.
