Join yoga instructor Beatrice Halstead for Yoga in the Sculpture Garden this Saturday, September 25 at 8:30 am.

Beatrice received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification from Yoga With Wendy B., at Ridgefield Hot Yoga in Ridgefield, Conn. in 2019. She studied under the direction of Wendy Boscia, who’s training methodology emphasized the alignment of Eastern and Western Yoga philosophy. In addition to advanced Asana training, this Baron Baptiste Power based yoga training offered a depth of anatomy and philosophical education.
With a degree in civil engineering, Beatrice has a family-owned real estate development company, is a mother of three girls and local resident of North Salem. In addition to yoga, Beatrice loves to read, hike, travel and spend time with her family and friends. She looks forward to helping others find balance in their lives through the practice of yoga and strongly believes that Yoga is more than just a series of poses but a connection of the mind, body and spirit. She has designed her classes to build strength physically, mentally and spiritually while increasing flexibility.
