Adelphi to Offer In-Person, Online and Hybrid Summer Session College Courses

This summer, Adelphi University in New York will offer a variety of online, hybrid and in-person college-level courses. Summer at Adelphi is an opportunity to help students get ahead, catch up and learn new skills. Open summer registration begins March 21.

Courses will be offered in two sessions during the summer months, from May 26 to July 1 and July 6 to August 9. Students looking for alternative dates can explore special sessions and condensed courses that will run at various times spanning May through August. Registration will be open to current Adelphi students (undergraduate and graduate) and those admitted for fall 2022, along with visiting students from other colleges and universities.

As an incentive, visiting college students who enroll in summer courses and then transfer to Adelphi for their undergraduate or graduate degree the following fall will have their summer tuition credited on their fall semester bill.

"Adelphi continues to help students move ahead, catch up, and stay on track academically via summer coursework," said Meghan Buckley, PhD, director of summer and intersession programming at Adelphi. "During summer 2022, you can explore a wide variety of courses and certificates -- from accounting to video game design to nursing -- all with modalities that fit your schedule."

The University also plans to host its signature summer pre-college programs for high school students this year in person.
