Tasting, Talk, and Book Signing: The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook on Friday, March 2 from 7 pm to 9 pm at The Aldrich in Ridgefield
Join us for an opportunity to meet The Connecticut Farm Table Cookbook co-author Tracey Medeiros and Salvatore Bagliavio, owner of Ridgefield’s favorite farm to table restaurant, Bailey’s Backyard, and Annie Farrell of Millstone Farm in Wilton.
Learn about Connecticut’s regional farm to table movement and the relationship between the restaurant and the farmer. The talk will be followed by a wine reception and tasting of Bailey’s Backyard’s recipes found in the cookbook prepared by Chef Zachariah Campion. Have your cookbook signed at the reception!
