PartyTime Rentals is a full service, family owned party rental and event management company with a focus on fun. PartyTime Rentals is a proud member of the American Rental Association. They are very active in our community and support several important charities.
When was Party Time founded?
PartyTime Rentals was founded in 2004.
Tell us about the founders, your background and how you became involved with Party Time?
PartyTime Rentals is a family owned full service party rental and event management company. The idea for the company came when Darren Morizet, the owner, noticed a need in the community for local backyard rentals and over the years we have grown from one you’ll find anywhere from everything you need to make your next event a success.
What are some of your products?
We offer a wide variety of products for rent including tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, linen, china, flatware, glassware, games, catering equipment, décor, AV equipment, portable restroom trailer rentals and much more!
What events do you specialize in?
PartyTime Rentals specializes in weddings, corporate events, community events, children’s parties and backyard barbecues.
Give us details of what goes into selecting rentals for an event?
Every client’s needs are different. We aim to make every event stress free for the customer by making suggestions based on their goals.
Tell us about a typical event that you have done?
There is no typical event. They are all unique. But most typically for us an event will include a tent, tables, chairs and some form of entertainment.
Do you suggest rentals and site set up to event hosts?
Yes, not only do we make suggestions based on the client’s needs, but we can also provide 3-dimensional CAD drawings of suggested set ups for their event.
What are some success stories and setbacks?
One of our biggest success stories is the time that we were able to design a way to bring a tent to a Manhattan rooftop for a famous pop star’s album release party. We were able to install it safely and securely for the client. One of the biggest setbacks we face is staffing. People do not see the rental industry as a career. It’s hard to find someone who views this industry as more than a summer job.
How do you market?
We market through a variety of mediums including internet and print but we mainly rely on referrals.
What areas do you serve?
Our service area includes Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Orange, Ulster, Rockland and Fairfield Counties. But we have done events as far as Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York City.
Do you have any future plans?
We are planning on opening more locations throughout the Tri-State area.
