Manfred Zweig
Manfred Zweig, 85, of New Fairfield, husband of Lillian (Bluemke) Zweig, father of Thomas (Cynthia) Zweig, grandfather of Alexandra and Nicholas and brother of Gunter, Rosemarie and Irmgaard, died on Friday evening, June 22, 2018 at Masonicare of Wallingford, CT.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in St. Edward the Confessor Church, New Fairfield at a time to be announced. Burial will follow in Mountainview Cemetery, New Fairfield. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions in Mr. Zweig's memory may be made to St. Edward the Confessor Church or to the Alzheimer's Organization. Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
