ACT of Connecticut announces Youth Choir
ACT of CT is launching a Youth Choir for elementary-aged students in Grades 1-6, which will meet weekly on Monday afternoons, from 4:30pm to 6pm at Ridgefield Academy.
The Choir will provide young singers the opportunity to learn healthy singing techniques, music reading skills, and the art of singing in two- and three-part harmony, all while exploring choral repertoire of the highest quality.
The Choir will be led by Choral Director Deborah Penn (Preschool and Lower School Music Teacher at Ridgefield Academy). The Choir will perform two concerts: on Monday, December 10, 2018, and Monday, April 29, 2019 at the ACT of CT theatre.
Tuition: $425/semester
