Seminar: Cheetah Conservation in Namibia

June 24, 3:00 - 4:00 pm

Like many of the world’s species of “big cats”, the cheetah is under significant threat of extinction. Fewer than 7,500 remain in the wild and some estimates predict that they may be extinct within only a few decades. Come to Great Hollow on June 24th to hear cheetah conservation advocate, Paola Bari’s impassioned talk about these cats and the work of the Cheetah Conservation Foundation, a global leader in the study and conservation of the species. Free for members and non-members. Please follow signs to the Lecture Room, located in the side entrance of the Merritt House.
