Holy Yoga 101 Saturdays, 10:30 - 12:30 Oct. 26 & Nov. 2
This program is for those who have never practiced yoga before as well as for those who would like a deeper understanding of what Holy Yoga is and what it is not. We will explore Scripture, breath-work, movement and conditioning exercises to get the major joints of the body prepared for a yoga practice.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. The ability to get up and down from the floor is recommended for this course.
