The Town of New Fairfield announces the availability of the Annual Report for the New Fairfield Stormwater Management Plan. This report was developed in accordance with the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection “General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewers” (reissued January 9, 2013) and summarizes activities and progress of the Town’s Stormwater Management Plan during 2015.
Copies of the report are available for review between the hours of 5:30 AM and 2:00 PM in the Department of Public Works office. Written comments regarding the report may be submitted to Robert Rzasa, Director of Public Works, until close of business on 1/22/16.
