TBICO, a Danbury based nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals achieve economic self-sufficiency, will be celebrating its 25thAnniversary with a fun-filled gala at 21 Main, New Milford on Saturday, September 8th, 2018. Through education, job training and financial literacy, TBICO has made it possible for individuals from all walks of life to reach their financial goals and dreams.
“The gala’s theme is “Believe”, says founder and president LouAnn Bloomer, “and we believe in equipping individuals with employment skills needed to secure economic independence and giving them and their families the opportunity to start over. Our goal is to assist people who have been unemployed and send them back into the workforce and society… participation in this event– will help us in achieving that goal,” she added.
Founded in 1993 TBICO offers free intensive curriculum of business, financial and interpersonal workshops that provide essential skills for the workplace, teach budget management to promote lifelong financial support.
