How to Avoid Common Estate Planning Mistakes
As one of New England’s premier senior living communities, providing valuable outreach and educational opportunities to residents of Litchfield and Fairfield counties, Brandywine Living at Litchfield is proud to present a free lunch and learn on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from noon until 1:30 p.m.
The event will offer attendees practical advice on “How to Avoid Common Estate Planning Mistakes” by three dynamic expert speakers and feature a delicious lunch prepared by Brandywine’s talented chefs.
The opening presenter will be Lynda Lee Arnold, partner in the New Milford office of the prominent law firm Czepiga, Daly, Pope and Perri. Attorney Arnold is an expert on all types of Elder Law including estate planning, asset protection, long-term care/medicaid planning, incapacity planning, estate administration, tax issues and probate. She received a Juris Doctorate degree from Pace University School of Law and is currently working on an advanced legal degree in Elder Law and Estate Planning at Western New England School of Law.
Nancy Butler, who is an award winning writer, has been quoted in many local and national publications including Money magazine, Forbes, The National Business Institute, The New England Real Estate Journal, The Financial Planning Association magazine, USA Today, The Chicago Tribune, AARP and The Day and has been a speaker for major corporations such as Pfizer, General Dynamics and Dow Chemical. She has also been a guest on many live television and radio call in shows.
