Author and Jewelry Designer tell their story at Litchfield Crossings’ Spring Celebration in New Milford, April 28th
Writer and philanthropist Beth Molinaro, of New Milford, will be signing copies of the bestseller Chicken Soup for the Soul in which one of her short stories has been published. Every year, this prestigious book selects a handful of stories out of hundreds of submissions.
In My Kind of America, Beth writes about her neighbor, immigrant turned entrepreneur Sharon Elias, a now successful jewelry and small business owner and her long tedious journey through the process of naturalization. “The neighborhood got together to celebrate the evening of Sharon’s swearing in and by the end of the night Sharon was teaching everyone classic Indian rhymes under the star,” says Beth.
This Spring Celebration is being hosted by Litchfield Crossings in conjunction with the gracious support of Panera Bread, New Milford, one of the many members of the retail family at Litchfield Crossings. Litchfield Crossings, is located at 169 Danbury Rd, New Milford, CT. Please visit www.LitchfieldCrossings.com for the latest news on events and happenings at the Center.
