Celebrate the 30th year of Connecticut Trails Day on Saturday, June 3!

 

Nature Walk at Clatter Valley - 9am

Join us on a nature walk at one of New Milford’s beautiful parks! Clatter Valley has lots to offer for individuals of all ages. The hike/walk will be a very manageable 0.5 miles, but everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy everything the park has to offer after the event. With a newly installed disc golf course patrons are able to explore the park while having fun!

Guided Nature Walk/Hike at noon

Take a guided walk with a pair of knowledgeable nature enthusiasts and educators along the Housatonic River. Learn about native and invasive plant species, ecology, conservation and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the forest and river. Come on out and explore with us!

Wolf Pit Hike - 9am

The Bridgewater Land Trust & the Bridgewater Recreation Commission invite you to hike with us! We are offering a guided, 2.5 mile moderate hike with some steep inclines up Wolf Pit Mountain. This is a free event and open to adults, families and dogs on leash.
