Spring Lectures and Community Health Forum at New Milford Hospital

NEW MILFORD, Connecticut – Sandy Gianvito, MSN, RN, CNL, Senior Care Coordinator for Western CT Health Network will discuss Patient-Centered Medical Home and Care Coordination on April 27 at 6:00 pm. For $5, seniors show their senior center ID and can enjoy a healthy, well-balanced meal. 

Kirstin Pilchard, MD, a surgeon affiliated with the Western Connecticut Medical Group, will discuss “Melanoma and Skin Cancer Prevention and Awareness” on May 17 at 6:00 pm. For $8.50 community residents can enjoy a healthy and affordable meal prior to the program created by New Milford Hospital’s Award winning Plow to Plate Program in partnership with Unidine Corporation. The programs are free and take place in the Robison Conference Room at New Milford Hospital located at 21 Elm Street in New Milford.
