The Agee Family Bring their Goatboy Products and newest “Kids” to Litchfield Crossings Family Gardening Event

 

Goatboy Soaps and other natural products wil be featured at Litchfield Crossings Get the Dirt on Gardening event on April 29th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Meet Goatboy’s owners Lisa and Rick Agee, smooth on their lotions and meet their newest baby goats.

Goatboy soaps, LLC began with Liz and Rick’s search for alternative food products for their severely allergic son, Bobby.  Says Lisa, “He was able to tolerate goat milk and quickly became obsessed with all things goat. So, did my husband and I. Before long, we became the owners of two goats which fulfilled Bobby’s dream.” Goatboy is located in New Milford, CT.

Admission is free however a portion of all proceeds from the day’s sales will benefit the Connecticut Chapter of the Sierra Club, the nation’s largest and most influential grassroots environmental organization. 

This Spring Celebration is being hosted in conjunction with the gracious support of Panera Bread, New Milford, one of the many members of the retail family at Litchfield Crossings.
