New Milford’s Kristine Foss has been named new board Chief Of TBICO

Kristine Foss, Managing Director of Disability Solutions @ Ability Beyond, has been named New Board Chief of TBICO, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help people help themselves through education, job training and financial literacy. The announcement was made by the organization's founder, CEO and President. “Her two decades of strategic leadership experience in human resources, new business development and project management will be invaluable in helping guide TBICO into the next 25 years.”

Foss leads the Disability Solutions team at Ability Beyond focusing on new business development and connecting corporate clients business goals with a strategic approach.  The team works nationally and globally with Fortune 500 clients including PepsiCo, Synchrony Financial, American Express and Aramark.

Foss earned a master’s Degree from Sacred Heart University and graduated with a BA degree in Political Science and administration of Justice from Salve Regina University. She holds a SHRM-SCP from SHRM, a SPHR from HRCI, and serves on several voluntary Boards including as Past Vice President for the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) and the Elsevier College of Direct Support Advisory Board.
