New Milford residents with financial loss due to Storm Isaias (not covered by insurance) complete Damage Assessment Form by Aug. 21

Tropical Storm Isaias caused significant damage in New Milford and our region. A State of Emergency was declared, and damage assessments will determine the level of assistance for individuals, businesses and the Town of New Milford.

If you have damages or financial losses due to the storm damage and the extended power outages that are NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE or that go beyond your coverage limits - we ask that you please complete the Damage Assessment Form and return it to phembrook@newmilford.org by Friday, August 21, 2020 at 5 pm.

Please take a few moments to write a narrative about your losses, and if you have any photos please attach them to your email. They will be helpful to the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security who will be reviewing the information electronically and not performing in-person site visits due to Covid.
