Meet the Local Effectv Team: Account Executive Patrick Oliver

Editor's note: here on HamletHub, we are excited to introduce you to the team at Effectv! Over the next few months, we will spotlight local Effectv employees and learn about what they love about their community, their job, and working with local small businesses.

Meet the Local Effectv Team!

Patrick Oliver, Account Executive at Effectv

Where do you call home?

I am a lifetime resident of Milford, CT.

How many years have you worked at Effectv?

I just celebrated my 14th year with Effectv.

Best part of your job?

As an Account Executive, I truly enjoy working with my clients to navigate the media landscape.  Helping them fine-tune their media budget to target potential customers is very challenging. When clients see the results of an effective campaign there is no better satisfaction.

What do you love about your community?

I love that Milford is a city where everyone seems to know everyone. Milford is a waterfront community whose motto is “A small city with a big heart.” The city is rich with history and tradition, has miles of beautiful coastlines, and a great variety of local shops and restaurants. It’s a great place to raise a family.

What do you like most about serving local businesses in the area?

I really enjoy working with local businesses and seeing them be successful. It is not only good for the business, but also for the community.

What is a fun fact about you?

One day in 1995 my dad and I stopped at Subway to have lunch.  There was a box that said “Enter to win a free trip to Super Bowl 29” so we did.  Our entry was picked out of over 80,000 and we were off to Miami to see the San Francisco 49ers vs San Diego Chargers.
