Dr. Jessica Morton, Joint Replacement Specialist, Joins OrthoConnecticut

OrthoConnecticut is pleased to announce that Jessica Morton, M.D. has joined the group’s practice.

Dr. Morton specializes in anterior hip replacement. However, her impressive range of expertise includes both hip and knee replacement, including both total and partial, as well as robotic-assisted full and partial hip and knee replacements. She also performs complex hip and knee reconstruction/revisions. 

Dr. Morton attended medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received the William G. Munns Memorial Prize for Orthopedic Research.  She then completed her residency at New York University Langone Orthopedic Hospital, where she was both a resident and a chief executive resident.  She completed her training with a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the Rothman Orthopedic Institute in Philadelphia.  She is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. 

In addition, she is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.  She has published 12 research articles, and has participated in 12 scientific presentations/exhibits.

Dr. Morton will be seeing patients in OrthConnecticut’s Danbury, Ridgefield and Southbury offices.
