Internet safety program for parents of teens and tweens is set for Oct. 29

Scott Driscoll will discuss Internet safety for parents of teens and tweens at Newtown Prevention Council's next Parent Speaker Series on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main St., Newtown.

Driscoll, a former youth officer and federal Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Member, will discuss Internet bullying as well as apps including SnapChat, KiK and Instagram.
