Quassy is a family-oriented amusement and water park. For the month of August, Quassy will be open from 11am to 8pm Sunday-Thursday, and 11am to 10pm Friday and Saturday. From August 28th-31st, the park will close at 5pm. With kiddie, family, thrill, and water rides, there is something for everyone at Quassy. Beach Day! Compo, Penfield, or Jennings, Westport & Fairfield - All Ages

Spend an afternoon or evening at the beach! Compo Beach in Westport and Penfield & Jennings Beaches in Fairfield are all good, local options for beach fun this August. Some of these locations require a beach sticker or parking fee to use their parking lots. Compo Beach is open from 4am to 10pm; all vehicle must be gone by midnight. Penfield & Jennings Beaches are open from 10am to 8pm.
