Cheryl Schwartz moves career counseling and psychotherapy offices to new location in Newtown

Cheryl Schwartz, a therapist and career counselor, has moved her offices to The Village at Lexington Gardens, 32 Church Hill Road, Suite 208, in Newtown.

Schwartz, who has been in practice more than 25 years, offers therapy to individuals and couples as well as career counseling to both long-time workers looking to change positions and recent graduates seeking direction.

Schwartz helps clients learn the tools to understand and resolve issues, improve relationships, and make positive decisions in personal and work settings.

“I made the move to provide a more accessible and comfortable setting for my clients and myself,” Schwartz said. “The offices are bright and comfortable, in a private setting with plenty of parking.”

Schwartz holds advanced degrees in Counseling and Vocational Rehabilitation from Hofstra University and in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
