
During the 7 Day Summer Refresh you will focus on clean eating with meal prep and recipe ideas, create time for a digital detox in the morning and evening, establish or build upon an existing meditation practice and attend unlimited yoga/Pilates classes between August 3rd and 10th. For those that are able to, we will meet on August 3rd after the 8:15 Slow Flow Yoga class. There will be online support throughout the seven days.
