Ridgefielder Allison Stockel is Hometown Hero & Will Be Honored at Benefit Dinner on February 27

Support local hometown heroes including Ridgefield's own, Allison Stockel at the 3rd Annual Hometown Heroes Benefit Dinner on Saturday, February 27 at The Amber Room colonnade (1 Stacey Road, Danbury). Proceeds from the event benefit hard-working families in Western Connecticut who are struggling to make ends meet and find themselves one crisis away from financial disaster. We are proud that Ridgefield Playhouse Executive Director, Allison Stockel, is named one of the 2016 Hometown Heroes and will be honored at this special event. Stockel is a pillar of our community. Name a local nonprofit and the chances are great that Allison Stockel has significantly helped that organization and continues to do so. She is a community leader, advocate, and steadfast philanthropist. 

The event Keynote Speaker is Sonia Manzano, actress and author, best known as "Maria" on the PBS show, Sesame Street. The Emcee and Auctioneer is John Heffernan, NFL Stadium Announcer.
