Newtown Police Carry Flame of Hope Through Town on Friday to Support Special Olympics!

The Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) to benefit Special Olympics will be taking place from June 1 2022 – June 3 2022.

 

Members of the Newtown Police Department will be carrying the “Flame of Hope” through Newtown on Friday, June 3rd, starting at the Dodgingtown Market and finishing at the Blue Colony Diner.

 

If you are a local group or business that would like to support Newtown PD, you can choose to “Adopt-a-Mile” for the run course, each mile is a $100 donation. All donations go directly to Special Olympics Connecticut
