HARMONIZE in Newtown with Broadway Veteran Stacie Morgain: upbeat & fun concert for families

This family-friendly 1-hour concert at Newtown Congregational Church on Saturday, May 19 at 1:00 pm celebrates kindness, respect, and community.

Broadway veteran and Monroe, CT native Stacie Morgain Lewis, formerly Glinda in Wicked will sing original songs from her children’s album Harmonize. Stacie’s music joyfully engages both children and adults with meaningful songs about character, values and diversity. Stacie will be accompanied by Broadway musicians led by Ben Cohn (current conductor of Broadway’s Dear Evan Hansen) and supported by members of the Broadway Inspirational Voices, a diverse choir of Broadway artists united to change lives through the power of music. 

The concert is a grassroots fundraising event and proceeds will benefit Sandy Hook Promise Know the Signs violence prevention programs - including "Start with Hello". All ages are welcome. Q&A to follow the performance.
