Fantastic food trucks including Peachwave, Pork Friends & Company LLC, M and M Steaks, Fork in the Road, DrewbaQ, Makin Bacon and Rice & Beans will be there, as well as local craft artisans. Activities include a Moon Bounce and other inflatables, mini golf, soccer darts, corn hole and giant Connect 4 and Jenga games, live entertainment including the band GoRjA and an Immaculate’s Got Talent show.  To pre-purchase wristbands for the Food Truck festival at $7 each, go to www.immaculatehs.org/foodtruck. Participants of the IHS Third Annual She’s the First 5K Run/Walk in Tarrywile Park will get free access to the Food Truck Festival at Immaculate High School. Proceeds from the 5K go to She’s the First, an organization that provides scholarships to girls in low-income developing countries to help transform their lives through education and help them finish school. The Walk/Run is in memory of Rebecca Draper Townsend ‘15 who founded Immaculate’s She’s the First Chapter. To register for the She’s the First 5K Run/Walk, go to www.immaculatehs.org/stf5K.
