Save Al's Trail Work Day in Newtown on Saturday, June 1 from 9:30 to 1 pm. 

You are invited to learn about the importance of this area of Al's Trail which connects Fairfield Hills area trails to downtown Sandy Hook.

Bring gardening tools (no power tools). 

Park at the end of Commerce Road in Newtown.

Al's Trail is a 10.7-mile trail that winds its way through the state forests and parks, town open spaces and private property. 


There is a Trail Building Class on May 30 from 9:30 am to 1pm.
