St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Cancels 2020 Apple Festival

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church announced via Facebook that based on the current state and diocesan guidance specific to COVID-19, the Vestry of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church has voted to cancel the 2020 Apple Festival. The festival had been scheduled for September 12th & 13th.

The post reads:

While the state of Connecticut is currently experiencing a low infection rate, the process of re-opening the state has been slowed down and we do not have confidence that restrictions will be lifted in time for us to stage the event. We are sad to have had to make this decision but believe the safety of everyone involved requires it.

God Bless and stay well.

We hope you will all join us next year . . . Apple Festival September 11th and 12th, 2021.

Visit the Apple Festival Facebook page to stay up to date on Festival developments. Save the date for next year (it will be sweeter than ever!)
