21st Century Conversation - free in-person program at C. H. Booth Library on Aug. 18

21st Century Conversation on Thursday, August 18 from 6:00pm at the C. H. Booth Library, 25 Main St Newtown CT

"Since Buffalo and Uvalde, the C. H. Booth Library, Newtown Interfaith Council and Baha'i community of Newtown have been discussing how to help bring us closer together, think critically without bias, and instead of repeating the same old patterns that deepen the division and anger, trying something new.  There is a lot of information about how to perfect the way we speak to each other to help our marriages, families, friendships, neighborhoods and the community as a whole.  Let's elevate the conversation and not be passive victims of the tide of negativity sweeping the country." John Woodall MD.

John is offering a series of In-Person communication workshops for our community. The workshops will introduce valuable skills to be used in all types of interactions. There will be a series of 3 workshops beginning Thursday, August 18 at 6:00 pm in the Meeting Room. The Baha'i community of Newtown will offer the workshop.  Space is limited, register now to save your seat(s) in the room.
