Mindfulness Practice with Aline at C.H. Booth Library on Sunday, December 11 at 12:30 PM (In the Meeting Room)
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in each moment, exactly how you are. It can be practiced seated, standing and involves some very gentle stretching and walking. Mindfulness practice experienced over time benefits the whole body by cultivating a toned and more resilient nervous system and a clearer, calmer mind. Anyone can practice Mindfulness.
No experience or exercise skills are necessary. Everyone is welcome!
