Many non-profits, already constrained by limited budgets, aren’t aware that we can be a perfect fit for getting their message out – churches, service organizations like the Lions or any other local group or club.

Western CT Community Television (WCCTV) Demonstration/Introduction to the TV Station in Newtown for community use.

WCCTV offers FREE video production training & equipment loans to the residents who have successfully completed our training course (must be at least 18 yrs old). During this Demonstration the Public Access Coordinator, Fran Hannigan, will describe/demonstrate the equipment available and review the training classes offered: Camera studio/Control Room, Editing on Final Cut Pro or Sony Vegas, Panasonic Field Production Cameras, Go Pros. He will also discuss how easy it is to have a program series or special aired on their public access channel. Please register for this program in advance. WCCTV is the public access channel for the following 21 towns: Trumbull, Monroe, Newtown, Brookfield, Bridgewater, Sherman, New Fairfield, New Milford, Roxbury, Woodbury, Southbury, Washington, Bethlehem, Kent, Colebrook, Winsted, Barkhamsted, New Hartford, Harwinton and the west half of Hartland.
