Healthy Community Survey

The Newtown Center for Support and Wellness, a town department, is currently working with town departments and organizations to examine what it means for Newtown to be a Healthy Community. We are looking for community feedback and invite you to take this short survey.

The benefit of working across the community to create a common language is that we can address gaps in services, celebrate our strengths, and work with community leaders to ensure access to information for all residents.
