Fairfield County Bank is one of Connecticut Housing Partners strongest supporters!

Connecticut Housing Partners (CHP) thanks Fairfield County Bank for helping them to continue their work developing affordable housing solutions for the residents of the Nutmeg State.

"As our sponsor bank, our application to the Federal Home Loan Bank garnered a grant of $750,000 and a guaranteed loan of $1,000,000 from Fairfield County Bank for our new Monroe Project," CHP says.

CHP Monroe Project consists of constructing 49 units of affordable housing for seniors on Main Street in Monroe.

"We are grateful to have Fairfield County Bank on our team, as we continue to seek financial support for our new senior development in Monroe. Construction will begin in 2022, and it will be the first affordable housing development for Seniors in this town," CHP explains.

Connecticut Housing Partners is a 501 (c) 3 organization and its mission is to create and sustain innovative housing, revitalize neighborhoods, and enhance the quality of low and moderate-income residents of Connecticut. We are also fighting to end homelessness.
