The team at Heart Speak is very aware of the need for more positive news in the world. With this thought in mind, we decided to create a community for everyday people to record what they would like to share: a friend you can go to 24/7.
Everyone has a story inside of them, so the Heart Speak team decided to put together a collection of 2-minute audio recordings called GEMS (Great Energy Moments). There are now hundreds of GEMS and the collection keeps growing. The GEMS are peaceful and uplifting.
We would like the GEMS to help people deal with the issues and problems that we all face in our lives, e.g. stress, sleeplessness, depression, relationship problems, work problems, illness, etc. Even if you don’t have a problem, you can simply enjoy listening to uplifting and inspiring GEMs or even record your own. Instructions for how to make a GEM can be found on our website. A free booklet can also be found on the site as an outlet for your creativity.
Heart Speak plans to present GEMS in corporate settings as well as to the general public.
