Updated information on Cultural Arts opening
First Selectman Rosenthal is seeking residents to volunteer to fill vacancies and openings on the following boards and commissions:
In January there will be open positions on the following boards/commissions:
the Cultural Arts Commission (1), the Economic Development Commission (2), the Parks & Recreation Commission (1) and one on the Public Building & Site Commission.
All positions are open to any registered voter in the Town of Newtown, except the Cultural Arts Commission is open to a Republican or an unaffiliated voter. Resumes will be accepted up to December 11.
Any interested party can send a letter of interest and a resume to susan.marcinek@newtown-ct.gov
